Dean Carlson
Dean Carlson serves as the Vice-President of Global Ministries for OC International. For the past 20 years, he has lived in Southern where he helped to facilitate national initiatives for church planting and missions. He serves on the continental team of the Movement for African National Initiatives. Now living in Colorado Springs, he seeks to create synergy between leaders, organizations and movements for the discipling of nations.
Murray Moerman
Murray and Carol Moerman planted several churches in the Vancouver area before studying with Peter Wagner at Fuller Seminary who introduced Murray to Jim Montgomery which led to joining OC and initiating a SCP movement in Canada and leading it for a decade. Murray and Carol currently live in England where they encourage OC teams in Eastern and Western Europe seek ‘whole nation’ impact. David Watson serves as the Vice President of Global Church Planting with CityTeam Ministries, San Jose, CA. His primary responsibility is to catalyze Church Planting Movements in difficult to reach cities and countries around the world. The primary methodology used is the training of local leaders in evangelism, discipleship, disciple making, church planting, leadership, church planting strategies and church planting movements. God has used the leaders David trained to start over 40,000 churches in the past 15 years, and more than 2 million people have been baptized as a result of God’s moving in the areas where trained local workers have devoted themselves to God’s work.
